Return & Exchange Policy

At Block Print Junction, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the policy below for return and exchange procedures.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In their original packaging with tags intact
  • The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
    • Customized products
    • Sale or discounted items

Note: We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, wrong size selection, or used items.


2. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp, including your order ID and reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Our team will review your request and share the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the product securely to the provided address.
    Once received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange accordingly.

3. Refund Timelines

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes our quality check.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

4. Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will offer either:
    • A store credit
    • A full refund, based on your preference

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please share clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost to you.
