1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

  • Domestic Shipping (India):
    Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on the destination.
  • International Shipping:
    Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days, subject to customs clearance and local regulations.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Within India:
    We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.
  • International Orders:
    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
    Please note: Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the outer packaging and the items inside.
  • In the case of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue. A replacement or refund will be issued as appropriate, based on the outcome.
